Direct Insurance Billing
If you have benefits through work or a supplemental insurance plan, you may have a vision allowance. Depending on your plan, you could claim the cost of an eye exam and have money to cover some of the cost of corrective eyewear, prescription sunglasses or contact lenses.
Just present your insurance information to us and we can determine if your insurance provider can be billed directly. There may be some limitations, which may require the plan member to submit the claim themselves.
Bring in your card at the time of your appointment to save you the task of submitting for reimbursement.
